Responsibilities:Manage general reception duties and log incoming callsCreate and maintain job cardsUpdate and manage Excel spreadsheets (including formulas)Prepare quotations and invoices for clientsHandle client communications via emailAssist walk-in clients and provide excellent customer serviceArrange accommodation, flights, and travel logisticsEnsure all licensing requirements are up to dateAssist with HR duties, such as wages What is required?
Excellent communication skillsPresentable and professional appearanceStrong Excel skills (ability to use formulas required)Highly organized and methodicalQuick to learn and adapt to new tasks
