Key Responsibilities: Greeting Visitors : Welcome guests and clients, providing a positive first impression. Phone Management : Answering and directing phone calls efficiently. Scheduling : Managing appointments and calendars for staff as needed. Data Entry : Maintaining and updating client and visitor records. Administrative Support : Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as filing and document preparation. Administrative Tasks Handling of monies from cash sales as well as credit card machine Daily Updating of cash sales register Daily Scanning of PODs & updating of register Collecting Leave/sick leave forms for staff Consolidating Overtime Timesheets Bi-Weekly Consolidating creditors documents Grocery shopping for the office Ordering of snacks for visitors Organising accommodation & live-out payments for artisans / technicians when required Handling internal sales as and when required with interacting with customers. Qualifications and Experience Matriculation / Grade 12 certificate A tertiary qualification will be advantageous Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a pre-requisite. Skills and abilities Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in Afrikaans and English. Organizational Skills Customer Service Orientation Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with office equipment (e.g., phone systems, printers). Attention to Detail Problem-Solving Skills Adaptability Additional Requirements Professional Appearance : Maintaining a neat and professional appearance. Confidentiality : Understanding the importance of handling sensitive information discreetly. Must have a valid drivers licence. Must have own transportation.
