Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously Manage scheduling and appointments for staff Maintain a tidy and organized reception area Handle inquiries and provide information to clients as needed Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory Support other departments as required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and demeanor Personal Attributes: Friendly and approachable Detail-oriented and proactive Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong interpersonal skills
