We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join a well-established automotive company in Mpumalanga. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers and visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Manage the reception area, answer calls, and direct inquiries to the relevant departments. Schedule appointments and handle bookings for service or sales departments. Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data capturing, and record keeping. Ensure the reception area is neat and presentable at all times. Requirements: Previous reception or administrative experience in the automotive or similar industry. Professional appearance and excellent communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Customer-focused mindset and a warm, friendly demeanor.
