Receptionist for Luxury Boutique Hotel

**Location:**
Northcliff Johannesburg

**Key Responsibilities:**


- Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Manage reservations and cancellations via hotel management software.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and courteously.
- Provide guests with information about the hotel, available services, and local attractions.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-presented and professional appearance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in computer use, including MS Office and hotel management software.
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with grace.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.

- Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to assist guests.
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
