ReceptionistDurbanSalary: R10 000 – R12 000CTCDuties:Full Reception and Switchboard FunctionEnsure all visitors to the company are received and directed to the correct people promptlyEnsure all calls are answered promptly and directed to the correct peopleEnsure messages are correctly relayed to the relevant employeesGeneral Administration duties performed as and when requiredAssist with photocopying when requiredEnsure that all filing is done accurately and kept up to dateResponsible for overnight mail and courierOrganise and arrange purchase requisitions for Travel arrangementsUphold Company Code of EthicsMaintain POD registerManage 1 x cleanerMake appointments for managers.Create GRN's for incoming materialOrder stationery, groceries and consumables.Minimum requirementsMatric CertificateReliable Transport to and from work is essentialComputer Literacy is essential (MS Office)Microsoft Excel Required – non-negotiableSyspro Experience AdvantageousMinimum 1 years' experience as a Receptionist.Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsMust be able to work independentlyMust have excellent Attention to detailMust be able to work under pressureWell groomed and presentableOrganisational SkillsAccuratePunctualHonesty and Integrity
