Requirements:Matric3 to 5 years receptionist experienceWell versed in two (2) languages (which includes English)Computer literate (MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Third languageAbility to communicate effectively with clients and candidatesDuties:Responsible for the full Switchboard / Receptionist functionAnswer switchboard in a timeous mannerTake accurate and detailed messages when requiredConduct credit checks by submitting requests to Head Office and follow up on resultsComplete internal documentations, movements for new temps and submit to Head officeTaking detailed messages and immediately emailing the recipientAssist applicants in completing application formsResponsible for daily attendance register of staff as well as client visit reports for consultants/managersReceiving calls, escalating, and screening callsReceiving visitors and directing them to the relevant meeting/interview roomMaking sure that interview rooms are presentable before and after useOffering refreshments to senior candidatesMaking copies and printingSending out professional internal and external emailsUpdating the email distribution lists for each brand and clusterMaking sure the reception area and boardrooms are always presentableAlways invite a friendly, inviting, accommodating, and welcoming image Assist in all admin/ office functionsCapturing & collating of payroll spreadsheets weeklyFiling of timesheets and documentsChecking of invoicesLoading of packs for new hires onto Contractor ZoneReconciliation of PPE distributedTyping of CVs Updating and loading of Assignee Annexures based on extension of assignments
