What You'll Do: Front Desk Duties : Be the welcoming presence at our front desk, handling all phone calls and greeting visitors with a smile.
Administrative Support : Assist our HR team and other departments with various administrative tasks, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
Stock Management : Keep track of office supplies and manage inventory efficiently.
Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
