The Receptionist/Front of House will provide comprehensive support to executives and manage their respective office operations.
This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with high professionalism and confidentiality.
Duties and Responsibilities: Provide sophisticated calendar management for Executives.
Prioritise inquiries and requests and make recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
Act as a liaison and provide support to the Executives.
Arrange and handle all logistics for meetings and events, draft agendas, and record meeting minutes.

Replenish office materials such as printer paper and office supplies.
Provide event management support as requested.
Provide hospitality to all guests and help to create a welcoming environment.

Requirements: Matric/grade 12.
Certificate in secretarial (Advantageous) Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
MS Office Knowledge, PowerPoint.
Systemic approach in deliverables.
Sales and Marketing knowledge is preferred.
