Duties Answer the phone in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. Assist clients regarding products and services offered, where possible. Book clients in for various treatments. Ensure that client activity is entered onto the system. Maintain the laser register at all times. Work as a member of the team to ensure that the workplace is run professionally. Assist the manager with completing the necessary reports. Perform other reasonable ad hoc duties requested by the manager. Promote, sell, and educate clients about the company's range of hair care products, as appropriate. Provide education, information, and support for clients regarding new hair replacement programs and lifestyle implications. Maintain a professional demeanor at all times while at work or on duty at work-related occasions. Wear the prescribed uniform provided by the company in a clean and acceptable manner in line with AHS policies and procedures. Speak respectfully about the company, its products, and procedures at all times to all, both within and outside of the company. Offer ideas, information, concepts, and constructive criticism relevant to the improvement and growth of the company and client service. Protect and assist in the training, education, and support of team members, particularly new inductees. Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable work area at all times. Assist in the operation of the laser machines and similar equipment when required. Assist the manager in maintaining a clean, tidy, and presentable studio at all times in all areas. Ensure adequate stocks of adhesives, colorants, and other consumable products for the orderly running of the company. Liaise with the manager to ensure that appropriate consumables and other professional products are ordered in good time to avoid service disruptions. Deposit daily takings at the studio's bank when requested by or in the absence of the studio manager; this includes obtaining change and encashing petty cash cheques. Protect and assist in protecting the company's confidential information and physical property. Requirements Previous experience in a reception or customer service role is advantageous. Professional demeanor with a positive attitude. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
