Position: Receptionist and Site Administrator Start Date: 01 April 2025 Salary : Market Related Location: Boksburg Purpose of the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and presentable individual to perform all administrative and secretarial functions.
As the face of the company, the successful candidate will provide exceptional support to the leadership team and ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the leadership team by managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
Arrange and coordinate events, conferences, and visitor logistics.
Handle detailed travel plans, itineraries, and travel-related documents.
Oversee office services, including maintenance, repairs, and managing cleaners/handymen.
Manage mail distribution, courier services, and package handling.
Order and maintain stationery supplies and office expenses.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and internal/external events.
Assist with IT-related requests, such as ordering laptops, PCs, and SIM cards.
Raise purchase orders, process payment queries, and compile monthly accruals.
Manage visitor access, ensure PPE control, and monitor building access.
Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Minimum Requirements: Qualifications: Secretarial Diploma or related qualification.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in secretarial or administrative roles.
Skills: Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and strong organizational and communication abilities.
Personal Attributes: Presentable, professional demeanor, and a team player.
