Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities?If so, we want you to be the welcoming face and organizational powerhouse of our client's thriving real estate agency!Minimum requirements:MatricPrior experience in the Real Estate industry (use of Property 24 and Private Property)Knowledge of the general principles applicable to contractsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteFluent in Afrikaans and EnglishValid driver's license and own vehicleA positive attitude and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environmentSkills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational and multi-tasking abilitiesStrong proactivity and initiativeAdaptabilityGood telephone etiquetteAdministrative skillsDuties and responsibilities:Be the first point of contact for clients, greeting them with a warm and professional demeanorAnswer and direct phone calls, emails and enquiries to the appropriate team membersProvide administrative support to our team of real estate agents, including preparing new listings for our online portals, preparing documents and maintaining client recordsCo-ordinate weekly meetings and ensure the office runs smoothly and efficientlyHandle general office duties, such as filing, data entry and inventory managementRemuneration:R 12 000 Cost to Company + Annual bonus in birthday monthIMPORTANT:No social media comments or messages will be responded toOnly candidates who meet all our client's minimum requirements will be contactedIf you do not receive feedback within 14 days, please consider your application as unsuccessful
