Cox & Palmer is currently seeking a receptionist to join the firm's Alberton office.
Receptionist | Alberton, PESUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES Working as part of a collaborative team, you will:
Act as first point of contact for clients, ensuring that they receive excellent service;Perform general office duties including filing, ordering supplies, opening and routing mail;Provide administrative support to lawyers and paralegals such as preparing letters, opening and closing client files, booking meeting space and managing appointments;Daily deliveries to local banks, real estate offices and other destinations;Other duties as required.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS A highly motivated self-starter who has the ability to work well both autonomously and in a team environment;A commitment to the highest standards of integrity, client service and collegiality;Attention to detail, proven organizational skills and an effective communicator;A post-secondary diploma or degree with a specialization in office administration.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSCox & Palmer provides a competitive compensation and benefits package including:
