Receptionist & Administrator

Receptionist /Administrator - Emalahleni/Witbank, Mpumalanga Our clients in the automotive sector is seeking a Receptionist/Administrato r for their prestige dealership, based in Emalahleni /Witbank.
Must be able to start ASAP.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Providing excellent customer service Greeting clients Answering calls Taking messages.
Diverting calls to the different departments Assist with workshop bookings Opening job cards The ideal candidate must have an excellent telephone manner,  possess strong communication skills, work well under pressure, and have good organizing skills.
