An established company within the technical/manufacturing environment based in Centurion is looking for a Receptionist / Administration Clerk who is fluent in both English & Afrikaans. The successful candidate will be responsible for telephones/communications, reception as well as the overall administration.Telephones/CommunicationsJob Responsibilities:Answering telephones and directing calls to appropriate personnel.Respond to inquiries and take messages as needed.Assist with maintenance of telephones and telephone lines (NEC).Updating employee lists.Managing all Contact Printers and Copiers Logging Calls and Repairs.Monthly Readings.Ordering of Cartridges.ReceptionMaintaining the reception area.Meet & Greet of Visitors.Assist with catering for guests and meetings as required.Sorting and distribution of mail received.AdministrationProduction Administration:Creating and filling job cards & registers for production orders & maintenance.Creating new sticker templates for production.Issuing shipping tags as per required standards.Production manager & sales P.A. overflow.Requesting quotes as needed.Completing and filling of new credit applications when required.General Administration:Daily filling of release notes and collection slips.Filling and safe keeping of necessary documentation.Opening new files.Labelling & covering.Printing, copying, scanning and laminating as required.Manual orders and assisting with other orders as required.Sending Tshwane meter readings.Assisting accounts department with affidavits and getting documents signed off.Assisting HR with handling of necessary documents and notice board.Distribution of security books.Any ad-hoc duties delegated by management & directors.Managing Office Supplies: Stock Take.Job Skills And QualificationsMatric Certificate3-5 Years in similar positionProficient in English & AfrikaansComputer LiterateExcel: AdvancedWord: AdvancedPower Point: IntermediateDesired SkillsReceptionAdmin WorkAdministrationOffice Administrator
