As a Reception Administrator Intern, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, representing our client's brand with professionalism and warmth.
This role involves managing incoming calls, maintaining an orderly reception area, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Duties and Responsibilities: Telephone Management : Efficiently manage all incoming calls, ensuring prompt and professional responses, and directing calls to the appropriate departments.
Reception Duties : Ensure the reception area is always presentable, welcoming, and tidy, reflecting the company's brand values.
Brand Marketing : Regularly update and play brand-marketing videos and that all business areas are presented, ensuring all content is current and relevant.
Contact List Management : Update and distribute the company's comprehensive telephone list on a monthly basis.
Package Coordination : Coordinate deliveries and collections of small packages and documentation, maintaining accurate records and timely distribution.
General Administration : Support the team with general office administration tasks as needed.
Database Application : Apply relevant sections of our client's; "the way we do things" database to your daily reception duties, aligning with company standards and procedures.
Requirements: Education: Matric certificate with a relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
Technical Skills : Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a quick learner with databases.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage confidently and professionally with a variety of people.
