Our client, based in Strand (Helderberg), in the geriatric care industry, is seeking a dedicated and responsible Reception/Admin Clerk (Junior) to join their team.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and inquiries, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.Manage daily administrative tasks efficiently, including scheduling, filing, and record-keeping.Utilize computer systems effectively for data entry, communication, and reporting.Provide empathetic and patient-centered support to residents and their families.Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operational processes.Requirements:Proven reliability and responsibility in previous roles.Good knowledge and understanding of the elderly and their unique needs.Demonstrated patience and compassion when interacting with residents and families.Strong administrative and computer skills, with attention to detail.
Salary offered: R8,000 – R10,000 per month, depending on experience.Location: Based in StrandType: Full time, permanent in-office position.
