Receiving Manager

Must have completed qualification in Supply Chain/ Logistics with proven managerial experience - as you will be managing the full day to day function of the Receiving/Imports operation. Key Experience required:Understanding of Port detentions and shipping lines demurrage free daysUnderstanding of Import operations based on shipping line empty turn-in criteriaMaintenance responsibility for the Receiving and Despatch MHE (material handling equipment) portfolioHAZ / SHEQ / OHS knowledge for unpack operationsPeople management - disciplinary matters, health and safety training, performance and managing work schedulesManage and monitor overtime in line with department budget
