Receiving Clerk – Tzaneen

Voltex (Pty) Ltd is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the role of a Receiving Clerk for their Tzaneen branch. This incumbent will be reporting to the Branch Manager.The purpose of this role is to ensure adherence to efficient receiving processes and promptly resolve any problems or discrepancies.Key Tasks & ResponsibilitiesUnload and unpack stock of productsInspect stock for damage and correct quantitiesReport damages or shortages to the appropriate personMatch stock to their associated purchase orders and enter receiving data on paperworkPrepare and organize received stock for inventoryReturn damaged products to customersMonitor inventory levelsEducational Requirements and ExperienceA valid matric certificate is a MUSTMinimum 2 years work experience in a stores/warehouse environment is ESSENTIALKnowledge of computer software packages and MS OfficeKnowledge of the K8 system is an ADVANTAGEGood product knowledgeKnowledge of warehouse processesKnowledge of relative safety standards and protective clothingJob FeaturesJob Category: Warehouse
