Good telephone etiquette skills · Supplier Returns (From quarantine stock to transferring it to the quarantine w/house and submitting the return note to the finance dep for a credit note purposes) Receiving and checking of stock against PO. · Accurate GRNs on the system to avoid monthly discrepancies. · Submit invoices and delivery notes daily to Finance before end of each day. · Participate in monthly stock take · Perform monthly/daily stock count spot checks. · Must be willing to work overtime and weekends Assist with any other related stores task General housekeeping Ensuring your work area is neat and tidy.
