The Agile Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects within the real estate and sustainable energy sectors. Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Management:Lead and manage agile projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Real Estate & Leasing:Oversee projects related to leasing and property management.Coordinate leasing activities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Manage relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.Home Renovation & Maintenance:Plan and manage home renovation and maintenance projects.Ensure all renovations are completed to the highest standards and within budget.Source and manage contractors and suppliers.Sustainable Energy Initiatives:Lead projects aimed at improving energy efficiency and sustainability.Coordinate with stakeholders to implement sustainable energy solutions.Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in sustainable energy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:Bachelors degree in Project Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field.Certifications in Agile (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP with Agile focus) are preferred.Experience:Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in real estate and/or sustainable energy sectors.Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).Experience in leasing, property management, and home renovation projects.Technical Skills:Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).Familiarity with real estate management systems and sustainable energy technologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Strong leadership and team management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
