Our mission is to help clients find their perfect high yielding investment property or ideal primary residence, whilst providing unparalleled support and education throughout the buying and selling process.Job Description:We are seeking motivated and experienced Property Professionals to join our team.
Main objection in the role will be helping clients to buy and sell.
You will be tasked with growing our customer base by generating leads, counseling clients on market conditions, and developing competitive market prices.Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:Be up to date with market conditions, valuations, price per square meter & trends in the sales marketConducting valuations for prospective sellers – software provided and presenting professional branded proposals.Completing and collecting of mandates, FICA and other necessary documentsCompiling listing sheets for marketingLiaising with IGrow Rentals to ensure properties are listed as for sale on their books and arrangements to be made with the tenants for access, viewings, etc.Arranging of getting professional photos doneGenerate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
This is a daily requirement as call stats will be monitoredConduct property showings and open housesPrepare and present purchase offers to sellersNegotiate sale terms and conditions on behalf of clientsEnsure compliance with real estate laws and regulationsArranging compliance certificates for transfersBuild and maintain positive relationships with clients and other real estate professionals.Ensuring that all data is captured on the CRM and internal sales sheetsBe available from 08:00 to 17:00 on weekdays and must be willing to put in the extra hours over weekends.Maintain your Real Estate FFCALWAYS be promoting the IGrow Group of CompaniesTo qualify for this position, you need:NQ4 or higher in Real EstateValid PPRA FFCProven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar roleStrong sales, negotiation, and communication skillsExcellent knowledge of the local real estate marketExperience in G-suite and real estate softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh level of organisational skills and attention to detailA passion for real estate and helping clients achieve their goalsWhat We Offer:A massive database of over 100 000 clients that can be uitlisedOver 200 000 social media followersAlready sourced properties and sellersCurrently over 4400 properties on our rental book alone – many looking to sell to release equityIn-house marketing teams and support – graphic designers, SEO's, marketing specialistsThe best software and CRM Systems in the industryHigh commission-based opportunity – up to 80%NO restriction in terms of area of operations – you can thus work nationwideWe constantly source properties for you – new developments and existing properties to work onOpportunity to source your own mandates and bring in additional revenue for yourselfComprehensive training and further development supportA supportive and collaborative work environmentOpportunities for career growth and advancement
