Real Estate Agent - Paulshof Area

This is a full-time remote role for a Residential Real Estate Agent at Propcore Real Estate to operate in the Paulshof area. The Residential Real Estate Agent will be responsible for new home sales and rentals, residential real estate transactions, and sales activities. The role entails building relationships with clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service.

Our commission split is 60/40 (60% to the agent) and we pay R350 per rental inspection. There is no basic salary. The company covers the cost of FFC renewals and annual CPD fees. There are no desk fees or other fees payable by the agent.

Qualifications

NQF 4 and valid FFC
Experience in Real Estate, property sales and/or rentals
Strong communication, admin and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Knowledge of property market trends and regulations
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Own car, valid driver's license
Own PC and cell phone
