Our experienced team of Property Professionals is dedicated to assisting clients with all their property and real estate needs.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent at Property.CoZa in either our Fish Hoek, Constantia, Stellenbosch, Hermanus, or Helderberg offices.
The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for marketing listings, following up leads, displaying 'for sale' boards, hosting property expos, and conducting property viewings.
Some remote work is acceptable, providing flexibility to the role.QualificationsReal Estate License, Real Estate, and Real Property skillsCustomer Service and Sales skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of the local real estate marketNB.
NQF4 in Real Estate, Business, or related field.
