Recoin Properties is currently looking to recruit Residential Agents in various areas:MeyertonVereenigingOrange FarmMidvaalMinimum requirements:At least 1 year experience in real estate (residential and commercial sales/leasing)MatricDriver's licence and own presentable reliable car (non-negotiable)Smart phoneExperience in sales/rentals/marketing/public relations or similarExcellent English ability, especially within a business environmentMust reside in the area and/or surrounding areasThe following will be advantageous:Experience in Real Estate (Residential or Commercial)Relevant NQF4 QualificationAny business-related tertiary qualificationSales experience in generalRemuneration:Commission only - 50/50 split for agents/internsQualified and experienced agents will negotiate a sliding scale from a certain threshold, commensurate with experience and performance.Office environment with connectivity and free structured Log Book training with an external provider to enable you to do business with ease.
