Are you a self-starter, entrepreneur, and looking to run your own residential property practice within a reputable property company? Recoin Properties is a fast-growing residential property brokerage with a main focus in Gauteng province. Recoin Properties is currently looking to recruit Residential Agents in various areas:

Ekurhuleni: Kempton Park, Springs, Brakpan, Benoni, Heidelberg, and Boksburg

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year experience necessary in real estate (residential and commercial sales/leasing)
Matric
Driver's licence and own presentable reliable car (non-negotiable)
Smart phone
Experience in sales/rentals/marketing/public relations or similar
Excellent English ability, especially within a business environment
Must reside in the area and/or surrounding areas

Advantageous Qualifications:

Experience in Real Estate (Residential or commercial)
Relevant NQF4 Qualification
Any business related tertiary qualification
Sales experience in general

Remuneration:

Commission only - 50/50 split for agents/interns
Qualified and experienced agents will negotiate a sliding scale from a certain threshold, commensurate with experience and performance
