Readymix Sales/Service Representative We're seeking a skilled Readymix Representative to serve our West Coast area, covering Saldanha, Vredenburg, Langebaan, and surrounding regions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales plans with a solid understanding of sales and marketing.Stay updated on industry trends.Uphold excellent customer service practices.Provide weekly reports in the required format.Communicate effectively across all channels (in person, phone, email).Build and maintain strong customer and consumer relationships.Keep sales administration current.Be self-driven, disciplined, and a go-getter.Maintain a professional appearance and motivation.Additional Requirements:Well-organized and adaptable.Computer literate.Fluent in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written).Minimum of 5 years' experience in the concrete supply industry.Matric qualification.Own reliable transport.Willingness to work overtime if necessary.Strong work ethic and sober habits.What We Offer:Market-related package (basic salary plus commission)Petrol allowanceCell phone and laptopProvident fund membership3 weeks of annual leave in December (builder's holiday)If you meet these criteria, please send your CV to ****** with "Representative" in the subject line.
