Key Output • Fluent navigation of SIS2.0

• Constructively log product matters with OEM.

• Caterpillar preventative maintenance orientated.

• Self-manageable ,Constant communication between TA mechanic, Tech Rep and SEENG

• Compile informative technical report on all systems (TA report) reports are given to Supervisor to action and to discuss with CSR to obtain incremental business.

• Discuss the report with customer on site.

• Ensure rebuilds are done according to OEM standard and guideline

• Conduct quality check on machines after repairs/Rebuilds

Qualification, Experience and Competencies • Matric (Grade 12) qualified in relevant trade (e.g., Diesel Mechanic / Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic) NQF3, three years post apprenticeship/learnership.

• Knowledge of CAT machines

• CAT certified Artisan

• Computer Literate

• Valid Driver's License

• Access and familiarity with Caterpillar DSN

• Job planning and successful execution

• SIS2.0 Navigation and familiarity

• 7 years qualified trade or more
