Job Description: You will manage the overall development, supply and installation of all technology equipment. Function as a design expert. Execute contracts and support installations and commissioning. Drive product development (including R&D). Supplier assessment and development. Provide project related engineering and procurement deliverables and services. Assist in driving the company's technology equipment business growth and profitability. Qualifications: BSc/BEng/BTech in Mechanical Engineering. Pr.Eng/Pr.Tech is advantageous. Skills: Minimum of 5 years experience at an engineering management level. Experience in the pyrometallurgical industry. Experience in contract management, engineering, costing/cost control, and multi-disciplinary construction of metallurgical process plant projects. Multi-disciplinary equipment design.
