Job Overview:Raw materials Planning: Develop and maintain schedules for incoming shipments that meet the production requirements while optimising resources and minimising lead times.Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and co-ordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure adequate stock levels to fulfill orders on time.Supplier co-ordination: Liaise with suppliers to procure raw materials and components necessary for production, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.Quality Assurance: Work closely with the quality control team to maintain raw material quality standards are met from the suppliers.Cost Management: Monitor raw material costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce expenses without compromising quality.Communication: Effectively communicate with internal teams and suppliers daily to provide updates on production schedules, order status and any potential issues or delays.Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any supplier production-related issues or bottlenecks to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of shipments.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of shipment schedules, inventory levels, supplier agreements, and other relevant documentation.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance supplier efficiency and quality Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field would be preferredPrevious experience in production planning, merchandising, or supply chain management in the textile or manufacturing industryStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsMS Office proficientSync experience would be beneficialAttention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of textile manufacturing processes and quality standardsStrong organizational and time management skills email: ******
