Rates And Sales Coordinator

Scope & General Purpose: Issue and manage rates and specials as required. Assist with the set-up and contracting of yearly rates. Ensure sales-related equipment and materials are adequate and up-to-date. Respond to customer queries and provide necessary assistance. Store, sort, and present data in electronic form; manage database efficiently. Assist with organizing educational trips, trade shows, and sales trips. Upload information and reports onto the sales CRM system. Organize pre-sales trips and manage the diary for the Head of Sales, Marketing, and Reservations. Follow up on post-sales trips and trade shows with detailed reports. Interact with tour operators to meet information requirements. Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales activities. Coordinate reservations for approved site inspections. Requirements: Proven experience in sales coordination and rate contracting within the hospitality industry. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong command of English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Well-organized, responsible, and adept at problem-solving. Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure. Team player with a high level of dedication. Qualifications in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing; certification in relevant fields is advantageous. Experience with reservations systems is a plus.
