Rates And Sales Coordinator

Scope & General Purpose:Issue and manage rates and specials as required.Assist with the set-up and contracting of yearly rates.Ensure sales-related equipment and materials are adequate and up-to-date.Respond to customer queries and provide necessary assistance.Store, sort, and present data in electronic form; manage database efficiently.Assist with organizing educational trips, trade shows, and sales trips.Upload information and reports onto the sales CRM system.Organize pre-sales trips and manage the diary for the Head of Sales, Marketing, and Reservations.Follow up on post-sales trips and trade shows with detailed reports.Interact with tour operators to meet information requirements.Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales activities.Coordinate reservations for approved site inspections.Requirements:Proven experience in sales coordination and rate contracting within the hospitality industry.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Strong command of English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Well-organized, responsible, and adept at problem-solving.Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.Team player with a high level of dedication.Qualifications in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing; certification in relevant fields is advantageous.Experience with reservations systems is a plus.
