A client of ours within the leisure industry is looking for a Rates and Contract Coordinator to become part of their dynamic team. The contract coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contracts for an organization. This includes reviewing and negotiating contract terms, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies, and maintaining accurate records of all contracts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a thorough understanding of contract law and regulations. The contract coordinator must also be detail-oriented and able to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Contract Coordinator Duties

Coordinate and manage contracts with clients and vendors
Ensure all contract terms and conditions are met
Track and monitor project timelines and deadlines
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding contract status and updates
Prepare and maintain contract documents and records
Resolve any contract-related issues or disputes
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Provide support and assistance to contract managers and team members

Contract Coordinator Requirements
The ideal candidate must have excellent organization and communication skills. Strong attention to detail is a must. Previous experience in contract coordination is preferred.
