Head of Programs - Cape Town - RareCruitThe Head of Programs is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our organization's programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:Develop program strategies that drive organizational growth and success.Lead and manage program activities, including planning, execution, and evaluation to ensure efficient use of resources.Foster a collaborative culture within program teams and promote continuous improvement through effective leadership and mentorship.Manage program budgets to maximize resource utilization and minimize waste.Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships to secure sustainable partnerships.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, providing regular reports on program performance to senior management.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred for advanced knowledge and expertise.Proven experience in program management or a similar leadership role, demonstrating successful program execution and team leadership.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year
