Rad-X-Lin - Head

Rad-X-Lin (Pty) Ltd. specializes in the installation and service of advanced medical equipment in the field of Radiotherapy. The Head of Rad-X-Lin (RXL) will lead a team of highly specialized technicians in providing world-class technical expertise.Minimum Requirements:Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Medical Physics, or a related field.Certification or training in the maintenance of linear accelerators (or similar radiotherapy equipment).Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a technical leadership role, with specific experience in radiotherapy or medical equipment maintenance. Experience on the Elekta / Varian range of Linear Accelerators (Linac's) would be particularly advantageous.Leadership experience managing a technical team of at least 10-15 people.Experience with the maintenance of medical imaging equipment (MRI, CT) could be an advantage.Experience with digital tools and systems for equipment monitoring and reporting.Ability to innovate and drive improvements in technical processes.The Company's approved Employment Equity plan and targets will be considered as part of the recruitment process aligned to the Group's Employment Equity strategy.
