R&D Specialist

Minimum Requirements:Matric Essential.Diploma or Degree in related field from a recognized institution.Proven experience in scaling up laboratory formulations to commercial production.Hands-on experience in laboratory batch mixing.A solid understanding of product development and formulation.Familiarity with cosmetic industry regulations and guidelines.In-depth knowledge of cosmetic ingredients and INCI names.
Duties and Responsibilities:Develop innovative and high-quality cosmetic formulations, including make-up, creams, and lotions.Successfully scale up laboratory batches to commercial production quantities.Oversee and participate in laboratory batch mixing processes.Ensure adherence to all relevant industry regulations, including labeling and ingredient restrictions.Possess a deep understanding of cosmetic ingredients, including INCI names and their properties.Conduct rigorous testing to evaluate product performance, stability, and safety.Continuously improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.Identify and resolve formulation and production issues.Maintain accurate and detailed records of formulation development, testing, and production processes..
