Additionally, the ideal candidate will be responsible for liaising with sales and Channel Partners to ensure a smooth quoting process that results in increased closed won new business and expansion opportunities to increase customer acquisition and expand customer share of wallet.Responsibilities: Manage incoming requests for quotes from sales to provide accurate quotes to Channel PartnersCreate and send appropriate quotes to Partners on each opportunityProvide excellent customer service to sales and PartnersPartner with the Deal Desk to review discounts, free months, payment terms, etc.
