Shirt work:Candidate must be open to night shift work (Current Shift rostered for 16:00pm to 01:00am
Customer Service: Experience in handling client queries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely and helpful responses.
Attention to detail(managing bookings, providing accurate quotes, invoicing, tracking and confirming bookings via email).
PC & MS Suite skills
Tech-Savvy: Searching for a candidate comfortable using remote work tools (e.g., video conferencing, collaboration software) and has the technical skills to troubleshoot basic issues independently.
Clear Communication Skills: Looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to maintain clarity and professionalism when interacting with clients and team members remotely.
