Job Description: The role reports to the CEO and key responsibilities of the role include implementing systems, internal controls, and store audits.
Duties & Responsibilities: Implement loss control processes and monitorInvestigate and ensure individual product profitabilityFind innovative solutions to address critical elementsAttend ad hoc requests from the CEOWork closely with the other Divisionals and CEO on a daily basisCommunicate with external parties, e.g., service providers, customers, etc.Drive customer excellence, facilities management, HR management, financial management, informational management, and risk managementSales/marketing and time managementHigh visibility leadership and managementConduct daily store audits with weekly and monthly feedback to managersMake regular restaurant visitsConduct periodic and quarterly store audit routinesAttend operations meetings and communicate with managersBuild, align, and develop the team according to company goalsManage local store marketing done by the managersHandle suppliers where necessaryHandle escalated customer complaintsConduct head office inspections to ensure stores are running operationallyFollow disciplinary procedures and chair inquiries (presiding officer)Ensure that stores are profitableMinimum Requirements: Advanced computer literacy, MS Office, Excel & G Suite (Essential)Experience in planning & resource managementExperience in cost and risk managementExperience knowledge in procurement best practicesExperience in loss controlExperience in staff managementMatric/Diploma with 2 to 5 years experience as a manager - Fast Food Franchise managing multiple stores at the same time
