About the Role
Our Sales Assistants are the welcoming face of the Hallensteins brand every day of the week. With outstanding customer service and communication skills and an authentic personality, they go above and beyond to deliver a first-class shopping experience to our customers. Your responsibilities will include handling changing rooms, welcoming and assisting customers, ensuring our stock looks beautiful, and offering expert advice to make customers feel fantastic. No day is the same, and we work at pace!
About You
Ideally, you will have some experience or background in customer service (retail or hospitality), but this is not a requirement. We're after a people person who loves to assist and chat with customers, is friendly, approachable, and always keen to help. A fashion lover who's always on top of the current season trends. New products, new styles, no problem! A willingness to learn and develop customer service & styling skills. A reliable and flexible team player who is all about teamwork, whether lending a hand or sharing a laugh, and someone we can always count on. Energy and passion are essential! In a fast-paced work environment, you can always count on your love of our products and the Hallensteins brand and are eager to represent!
Most of all, you will bring stacks of enthusiasm and high energy to provide the exceptional customer experience for which our brand is known!
