Then this is your chance to join our dynamic company.Duties & ResponsibilitiesWe are currently looking for Quantity Surveyors to manage the financial and commercial aspects of some of our Residential sites.Desired Experience & QualificationThe successful candidate will have:A BSc/BTech in Quantity Surveying. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Residential Property Industry.Minimum of 3 years experience in Quantity Surveying within the Building & Construction industry.Minimum of 3 years experience with the following programs:Candy or any other CCS (Construction Costing Software) - Non-negotiableQTO or Cost XCore competencies:Excellent reporting skills.Highly-developed interpersonal skills.Excellent communication skills.High attention to detail with excellent accuracy.Deadline driven.
