Job Title: Quantity Surveyor - MechanicalLocation: Netherlands Salary: To be discussed in the Interview Vacancy Type: Full-TimeNon- negotiable qualifications and experience required:Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical Engineering.Proven experience in mechanical cost management and estimation.Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).Beneficial requirements:Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes.Knowledge of mechanical systems and materials.Duties and responsibilities:Manage cost estimation, procurement, and contracts for mechanical systems.Prepare cost reports and monitor project budgets.Advise on cost-effective solutions and value engineering.Conduct site visits to assess work progress and quality.Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.
