A well established company based in Cape Town is seeking a Quantity Surveyor. Duties: Elemental estimating: Accurate forecasting of construction project costs Construction cost management: Monitoring and managing budgets throughout project lifecycle Monthly progress reports: Creating and analyzing reports on construction progress Cost reports: Preparing detailed cost analysis reports Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) BSc QS (Hons) Degree ot BTech (QS) Minimum 8 years post qualification Private sector experience Must be registered with SACQSP Candidate that already hold a PR(QS) will be viewed Favoruly Computer Literacy: WinQS DimX (Essential)
