Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects based on architectural drawings, specifications, and other relevant documentsMeasurement of Building Quantities: Accurately measure building quantities for bill preparation and final accountsDrafting Bills of Quantities: Prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities to detail materials, labor, and other project costsSite Visits and Measurements: Conduct regular site visits and measurements to ensure accuracy in project assessments and valuationsPreparing Valuations: Compile valuations for the issue of interim payment certificates, assessing completed work for payment certificationAssisting with Cost Management: Support in the cost management of construction projects, monitoring expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraintsFinal Accounts: Prepare and conclude final accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirementsRemuneration:
