QS, B.Sc. QS (Hons) or B.Tech. QS degree.Professional registration with SACQSP or RICS would be advantageous.Management and leadership qualification would be advantageous.5 Years' Quantity Surveying experience preferably in the mechanical field.Knowledge of engineering contracts (NEC and FIDIC).Ability to read and understand project schedules.Knowledge of estimating.Computer literate (MS Office).
