Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor for our PMB based client.  This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to delivering successful projects.Key responsibilities:Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets and tender documentsConduct feasibility studies to assess project viabilityManage contracts, including negotiating terms and ensuring compliancePerform regular cost analysis and provide financial advice throughout project lifecycleOversee procurement processes and manage supplier relationshipsMonitor project progress and prepare valuation reportsRequirements:Qualification in Quantity SurveyingProven experience in construction or property development projectsKnowledge of building regulations, contract law and cost control methods
