Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor for our PMB based client.
This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to delivering successful projects.
Key responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets and tender documents Conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability Manage contracts, including negotiating terms and ensuring compliance Perform regular cost analysis and provide financial advice throughout project lifecycle Oversee procurement processes and manage supplier relationships Monitor project progress and prepare valuation reports Requirements: Qualification in Quantity Surveying Proven experience in construction or property development projects Knowledge of building regulations, contract law and cost control methods
