This is an opportunity to join a Tier 1 developer who builds on brownfield sites with projects across London. You will be working on RC frame apartments with a supportive commercial team who have a lot of long servers and people who have progressed through the ranks. This position is office-based in East London. You will be responsible for managing large packages on site. This project is multi-phase with over 7 years remaining on site.
Requirements for Quantity Surveyor: The company is looking for a candidate who has strong negotiation and communication skills, is organized, and has high attention to detail. You will come from a developer or main contractor background and be competent in managing subcontractor packages with minimal assistance. You will be highly motivated and ambitious as there is an opportunity to progress your career with the team. You will ideally also have the following:
