Quantity Surveyor
Siqu Group is urgently looking for a suitable candidate.
Requirements:

A qualification in quantity surveying, construction, civil engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years' working experience in related field.
Strong math's, numerical and data analysis skills.
Driver's License is an added advantage.
Fluent in English.
Must reside in Durban.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to understand their requirements.
Calculate quantities and costs for material and labour.
Manage risk, value and cost control measures.
Negotiate contracts and schedules.
Oversee and value subcontractors work for payments.
Ensure compliance with regulators and quality standards.
Analyse outcomes and provide budget or progress reports.
Advise on claims, disputes and any contractual agreements.
Assist with securing project funding.
Assist with the calculation of tender bill.
