Our projects are a testament to quality craftsmanship, innovation, and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:• Cost Management: Accurately estimate and manage costs for all stages of the project life-cycle, from pre-construction to completion.• Contract Administration: Oversee tender processes, procurement, and contract management, ensuring compliance with budgetary and contractual requirements.• Project Reporting: Provide regular financial and progress reports to senior management, highlighting any potential risks or budget concerns.• Measurement & Valuations: Perform measurements, valuations, and cost analysis for works completed and variations on-site.• Client Liaison: Maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring project expectations are met.• Procurement: Source materials and services, liaising with suppliers and contractors to secure competitive pricing and ensure timely deliveries.What We're Looking For:• Experience: Approximately 5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying within the construction and/or development sector.• Qualifications: A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or similar discipline.
